HANDY INFORMATION ABOUT THE CAMPSITE

RESERVATION

High season reservation min. 1 week. Deposit by bank eu. 150 per place and eu. 250 per mobil home. In case of cancellation the deposit will be refound as follow:

• Until 60 days before arrival 100% until 45 days before arrival 50%

• after these terms you won’t receive any money back.

Should you arrive to be late, the place or the mobil home to reserved will be available till 10.00 to the following day. Due to delayed arrival or early departure, customers must pay for the whole booked period, even though the place or mobil home is afterwards occupied. An early arrival doesn’t authorize an early departure.

ARRIVAL

On the arrival will be asked the guest to show their documents and the number plate of the vehicle to the reception. Besides, an identification label will be placed on the windscreen of every guest’s car. Minors are allowed to enter and stay at the campsite only if accompanied by their parents.

DEPARTURE

On the departure, they will settle their bill after leaving the pitch/ mobil-home before 10.00 a.m. We will make a discount for payment by cash.

RECEPTION

On the reception you can take some information about the area, buy a postcard and stamps, send or receive mailing and fax. Every day (no on Sunday) before 08.00 p.m. it is possible to reserve bread for next morning, from 08.00 a.m. you can take it. The reception is open every day from 08.00 a.m. till 1.00 p. m. and from 2.00 p.m. till 10.00 p.m. Any changing times will be displayed.

VISITORS

Entrance to visitors is allowed from 08.00 a.m. on deposit of documents by the reception. The visit is free of charge for the first hour. For a longer visit you have to pay the tariffs displayed to be paid at the entrance. The management may suspend the visitor’s entrance.

SILENCE

From 11.00 p.m. till 08.00 p.m. silence has to be respected. In particulars radios and television can to be used. The vehicles can’t circulate from 10.00 p.m. till 08.00 a.m.

CHILDREN

Children should always be looked after, in particular on the beach, in the swimming-pool, on the play ground, in showers and in the toilets. All liabilities are declined by the management.

DOGS

Dogs must always be kept on the lead. They are not allowed in the swimming-pool area and bar.

HEALTH SERVICE

The management is always available for request of medical help: examinations have to be paid. The hospital and first emergency are in Angera (3 km.)

WASTE RECYCLE

On the points displayed you can find bins of rubbish, paper, glass, plastic and batteries, we kindly ask to use them for the protection of our environment.

BOATS

In order to avoid unpleasant situations we advise boat’s owners to make themselves perfectly aware of the navigation laws in force in Italy. The management does not assume any responsibility for what concerns the boats that are tied up the proper buoys.

BATHING

The management declines any liabilities arising from accidents or other when swimming in the lake and the swimming-pool. Dives are forbidden. In the swimming-pool you have to wear the cap. You can by at the reception.

LOST PROPERTY

The management declines all responsibility for any articles not entrusted to the management and in particular, for articles left inside tents, caravans or mobil homes. All objects founded must be handed in to the management that will put them at the disposal of owners.

VETOES AND RESPONSABILITIES

It is forbidden to dig ditches or holes in the ground, to light fires, to drive nails into trees and to damage, in any way, flowers, plants any of the camping site’s equipment and, in particular, to spill hot or soap water under the trees. The management reserves to right to turn out whoever will held responsible for any act or vandalism or disturbance. It’s an advice not to waste water.

The Entrance into the campsite involves the acceptance and the full observance of the present regulation.

The management is always at guest’s disposal for any explanation, information or help needed and should like wish everyone a happy stay.
